Two days, six meals, 20 miles!

Sooooo tired. Don’t want to get too far behind though, so I’m just going to lay them on you.

Was running late for work, so I just ate the blueberry chobani

Snagged a Pumpkin Spice Latte on the way…

Nursing home food! Woot! Fish, tartar sauce, veggies, and peanut brittle (from the breakroom)

At Brooke’s house, she fed me some crackers and cheese and I forgot to photograph it. My bad!

And my dinner, which you got the sneak preview from my cell phone last night:

I got the whole footlong! $5!

I also finished off the last little bit of this soy ice cream which tastes exactly like Nutella (OMG love it so much):

SO then, today. See, I forgot to pack a breakfast. I’m dumb. I ate a pack of Clif Shot Bloks for breakfast. I’d usually have had yogurt and granola, but I didn’t bring any. Oops.

Then I took of on my 18 mile run. I ended up joining a pace group with SacFit, one that is slower than the pace I’ve been running them at, 12:15. I decided it would be worth it to slow down and have buddies to run with. They were doing 20 miles. I decided that because I was going slower and had group support, that I could do 20 too! And I did!!

TWENTY FREAKING MILES.

On the run, I had 3 Gu packets, some Pringles at one aid station, 3 animal cookies and an Oreo at another station. By the end of the run, I felt pretty pukey. Maybe jumping from 16 to 20 was a bad idea? =/ But I feel ok now.

On the drive home, I stopped in Davis for lunch. I was really wanting Sophia’s Thai Kitchen, which I loved when I lived there, but I got there at 2:15 and it was closed from 2 – 5! BOoooooooooooooooooo. Damn you, Davis!

So I settled on Pluto’s, a place where they make huge custom tossed salads. I got mine with spinach, chicken, a bunch of veggies, and balsamic vinaigrette. It came with foccacia bread:

I also got some delicious garlic fries:

All together now:

YAY post 20 mile meal. Then I continued driving the two hours home. Talk about stiff legs.

Once I got home and started packing and the dinner bug struck, I made some whole wheat macaroni with marinara sauce, parmesan, and some chicken. I had the leftover salad with it.

And I had a little mini-size Ben & Jerry’s for dessert:

You can’t really tell that’s a mini, huh? It’s a single serving. I love those tiny cartons. Saves you from eating a whole pint.

I’ve got almost the whole kitchen packed, all the clothes except what I’ll be wearing this week. That was a good amount done. Tomorrow we’ve got to deep clean the house and I’ll pack up more. I want to be 99% done by tomorrow, so it’s just tiny odds and ends thrown in on moving day.

I am soooo ready for like, 10 hours of sleep. Night!
