A good, hard run.

Maybe it was only 2 miles. Maybe it was a 3/1 run/walk pattern. Maybe I went too fast at the beginning and kinda crapped out at the end.

But it was a good, hard run.

No Boundaries

I’m coaching a No Boundaries group this fall, and it’s getting me to start building my running base again. We are doing a run-walk pattern and training for the Solono Turkey Trot 5k. So far, it’s been awesome. I am enjoying coaching again, and the 1.5 miles we’ve now done haven’t re-inflamed my injury. So I am one happy runner these days. Just gonna keep building the base, and my plan is to start training for a half marathon in January.

Now, here’s a little ’tis the season – who wants to win these adorable handmade pumpkin decorations?
