1.5 mile run! No sharp pains! Success!

Friday:

Hot Yoga. It was hard. And hot. Obviously.

Saturday, in three parts:

Abs and other various gym exercises


Hour long spin class


Open water swim in Lake Beryessa

Now:

Time for a nap.

    Did a 2.5 mile run yesterday, and then a 22 mile ride today (with brunch in the middle.)

    I am now one tuckered puppy.

    Oh, and I napped too. 😉
